CAPTAIN Captain Thanasis is a graduate of the Greek Navy and holds a Yacht Masters Diploma. He has 25 years experience onboard Navy Ships and Charter Yachts. He has total responsibility of his yacht and crew to the fullest. He also has many updated qualifications & certificates, including technical and engineering. He has extensive knowledge of both Greece and Turkey as he has cruised extensively throughout these waters. Captain speaks very good English and is 50 years old and married.
Dimitra Laiou
Dimitra is a graduate of the Le Monde Institute of Athens. She has served as a Chef in various restaurants and charter yachts for the past 9 years. Dimitra specializes in Mediterranean cuisine and enjoys using local produce, seafood and other very fresh ingredients. Her dishes can best be described as contemporary, fresh and delicious with an emphasis to traditional Greek specialities. She speaks good Englsh and is 32 years old.
STEWARD/SAILOR Manos Nonikos
Manos has 3 years of experience as a Steward/Sailor and is Captain's Pavlos right hand man and helps the Chef serve her very fine meals. He also holds Certificates in Basic Safety training and speaks good English. Manos is 24 years old and is very attentive.
DECKHAND - Fernando Jr. Rogelio
Fernando has 16 years of experience on board commercial vessels and charter yachts. His main objective is maintain all deck equipment, run the tender, while keeping the yacht in a pristine condition. He is 42 years old and speaks English.
