Chef: Carolyn Sewell-DiLieto
Carolyn welcomes you aboard with a menu created specifically to your requests and preferences. She has a background in restaurant management and hospitality training with a national restaurant concept; which took her around the world opening new restaurants. Her passion for travel led her to yachting 9 years ago, working as a Stewardess, and her passion for cooking quickly led her to the galley. Carolyn has been cooking for the last 6 years, for charters and privately owned vessels. She started cooking at a young age and enjoys preparing all types of cuisine. Besides the culinary arts, Carolyns other passion is her family. She looks forward to making your trip a memorable one.
Chief Stewardess: Nicole Fowler
Nicole's passion for travel, the ocean, creativity and hospitality has brought her to the yachting industry where her goal is to keep a smile on your face, a cold drink in your hand, and help you make memories that will last a lifetime.
Nicole was born and raised in New Jersey where she frequented the Jersey Shore every summer for family vacation. It was nearly impossible to drag her out of the water and with that, she always knew the ocean would somehow be a big part of her life. She then moved to New York City to attend Parsons School of Design while also working as a server at top NYC restaurants. Since graduating, Nicole has worked for several ad agencies as a digital graphic designer, gradually working her way up the ladder. Throughout this time, Nicole's love for travel took off. She spent summer holidays at her friends lake house, sailed through the Greek and Croatian islands, and ate her way through Spain and Italy!
