Captain: Spyros Boutsioukos
Nationality: Greek
Captain Spyros graduated from the Greek Mercantile Marine Academy in 1980 and since 1994 up until today he has worked as a captain on board private and charter yachts. He holds a C class diploma, GMDSS, Ship Security Officer, and Firefighting and Lifesaving certificates. Captain Spyros is 56 years old, married with two children and speaks English. His hobbies include fishing, hunting and listening to music.
Chief Engineer: Anargiros Vasalos
Nationality: Greek
Anargiros graduated in 2012 from Engineer Academy of Aspropyrgos where he studied for four years. For over 3 years he worked on cruise ships gaining extensive knowledge and experience. It is his first year onboard MYTHOS. Anargiros is 33 years old, speaks English and hold a certificate in Advanced First Aid, Firefighting and Lifesaving. He is a friendly character and provides an excellent service to his guests. During his free time, he enjoys reading books, playing sports and watching movies.
Chef: Stefanos Kontoudakis
Nationality: Greek
Stefanos was born in 1989 and graduated from Le Monde in 2008, and has been working as Chef every since. He worked at five star hotels, and for the last four years onboard a Mega Yacht. He enjoys cooking Mediterranean and specifically Greek cuisine! Christos’s passion lies in creating pastry, he likes to experiment and create delicious pastries to share with his guests onboard. It is his 1st year on Mythos, and an asset to the team! In his spare time he takes pleasure playing sports and watching movies.
Steward: Vasilios Finos
Nationality: Greek
Vasilios was born in 1983 in Greece, and graduated in 2004 from the ‘School of tourism’ in Nafplion where he studied for two years. For over 12 years he owned a successful cafe with his family before working as a restaurant manager at a five star hotel in 2016 which furthered his experience in hospitality and service. Vasilios is 36 years old; he speaks English and holds a certificate in First Aid, Firefighting and Lifesaving. He provides excellent service, welcoming his guests to feel pampered and comfortable. He enjoys playing sports and watching movies. It is his 5th year with Captain Spyros on Mythos!
