WORK EXPERIENCE: Jimmy is a Florida native. Born and raised in Jacksonville Beach, FL he grew up surfing, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, and essentially enjoying all things the ocean has to offer. Post college, Jimmy decided to work at his family owned boatyard and ships store in St. Augustine, FL. After learning the ins and outs of the business, from the hands on aspect of bottom jobs to the one on one in person dealings with the yacht owners themselves, Jimmy understood what it takes to maintain a yacht. Jimmy ultimately ended up working in the fishing charter industry, which after 7 years parlayed into the private industry where he has found his comfort zone in running everything from center consoles to large sport fish to motor yachts.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Having been in the industry for 20 years Jimmy understands the importance of safety. He instills this in his crew and maintaining the vessel accordingly to ensure all aboard are at ease when it comes to safety and responsibility providing nothing less than 100% to the guests. Although having the utmost confidence in the crew Jimmy will always keep a watchful eye on every aspect of your vacation to ensure it’s the most safe and memorable one on OUR HERITAGE.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Katie is a Miami, FL native with a degree in Kinesiology. Growing up on Biscayne Bay and spending most of her time boating, she has always had a passion for the ocean. After college and a couple years working with her father, her love for the water brought her back to South Florida. Katie became a Divemaster and worked in Boca Raton for several years, followed by a year working in the Virgin Islands. Being such an avid boater, she decided to venture into yachting and has loved every minute for the last 11 years. Katie is a highly enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and keen eye for detail seeking to give her guests an exceptional experience. She is dedicated, friendly, polite, and a team player which makes her thrive as the stewardess on OUR HERIATGE.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Jason was born in West Palm Florida but grew up in the Mountains of NC where he enjoyed fishing, hiking, camping and all things outdoors. He also worked at marinas as a dockhand growing up. He is a former Firefighter/EMT with a 10 year tenure. He attended Chapman school of seamanship, to follow his boating passion and obtained his 100 ton near coastal.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Jason takes care of the exterior and engine room maintenance as well as the navigation watches. He is in charge of the watersports, sets up the guest excursions and is the crew medic.
HOBBIES: Jason enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, and competitive and recreational sporting activities during his free time.
