CAPTAIN- Nikos Kechagias
Captain Nikos is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy and holds a Captain Class A’ Diploma. He also holds the following certificates and licenses: Ship Security Officer (SSO), Proficiency in Medical First Aid, Advanced Life Saving & Fire Fighting, ARPA Plotting, GMDSS Operator, Proficiency in survival craft and rescue boats. Captain Nikos entered the yachting industry as a Chief Officer on board 55m M/Y Faribana V in 2009 and then on 41m M/Y Alfa Sea for 2 years. Since then, he was Captain on board M/Y Alpha XIII, M/Y MJ Taknm, M/Y Amphitrite and M/Y Intimis. He joined M/Y Romachris II in 2017 and he is a valuable asset for the guests and the yacht. As Captain he takes great pride in creating tailor-made yacht cruise experiences for each and every charter. He works closely with his guests to ensure that all of their needs are met. He speaks fluent English and basic French and Spanish and in his spare time he enjoys scuba diving, free diving, cycling and snow boarding. He is 37years old and single.
ENGINEER – Manos Xidakis
Manos holds a B’ class Engineer diploma and has been on board M/Y Romachris since June 2016. He is 36 years old, married with one child. He speaks good English and is in excellent physical condition to assist his crew members and guests throughout the day.
CHEF – Petros Syrigos
Petros is 29 years old and enjoys preparing all types of delicacies for his guests. He is a graduate of the Le Monde Culinary Institute. He previous experience includes 5* hotels and restaurants and 3 years on board M/Y Irene’s. Since 2014 he has been on board M/Y Romachris II with excellent results. He enjoys cooking all types of meals including Mediterranean, Greek, Italian and sushi. He speaks fluent English, Italian and French (food terminology).
STEWARDESS– Konstantina Ioannou
Konstantina has been employed on board charter yachts since 2014 and has now been on board M/Y Romachris II 2017. She holds all relevant life saving and fire fighting certificates. Konstantina has served as stewardess on board M/Y Oasis, M/Y Solaris, M/Y Bina and and 64m M/Y Tacanuyaso. She speaks fluent English and is 40 years old. She enjoys her everyday contact with her guests and ensures that all run smoothly throughout the day. She has a pleasant personality and it shows!!!!! In her spare time she loves travelling, swimming, cross fit and she is passionate with Greek gastronomy and cooking.
