Her sun deck features a large Jacuzzi, full-size bar, BBQ area and dining, along with comfortable sun pads. Her shallow draft is perfect for navigating the waters and islands of the Bahamas.

Captain: Ben Schmidt
Ben Schmidt originally hails from a small coastal town in South Australia where the ocean is an integral part of life. It was there his affection for the sea began, through surfing and sailing. For the past 18 years, Ben has worked his way through the ranks. He has served on both private and charter vessels completing many hundreds of thousands of nautical miles all over the globe. This includes but is not limited to 5 transits of the Panama Canal, 8 Atlantic crossings and multiple Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons. Ben completed his Master 3000 gt in 2013. Over the last 9 years as captain he has successfully navigated through the Med, Caribbean, Bahamas and USA East Coast. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience along with a joke or two to make your stay a safe and unforgettable one.

Chief Officer: Steve Johnson
Steve Johnson hails from the North Shore of Auckland, New Zealand where he grew up surrounded by water. He’s spends his free time diving for Cray fish, fishing and doing water sports. This is where his love for the ocean developed. After graduating university with a BA in Marketing and Business Management, Steve had an irresistible pull for travel and yachting seemed to be a perfect way to combine his love for the ocean and travel. Steve has been in the industry since 2011. During this time he has crossed the Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans. Steve is an avid diver and a water sports man. If you are after adventure and fun, Steve is your guy!

Chief Engineer: James Andrew (Andy) Elmore
Starting out on the local swim team at a young age, Andy’s love for being around the water grew quickly. Growing up in Tennessee there is no shortage of waters big or small and after an engine technician degree he brought his talents back to the water. Beginning as a marine technician at an acclaimed marina on the Tennessee River he realized his calling for bigger adventures. He joined the US Navy and served on board nuclear submarines and completed several missions before being awarded Blue Jacket Sailor of the year in 2011. Andy loves all things motorcycle related and is currently building his own bike. If you don’t see Andy too often it means everything is runningsmoothly.

Chief Stewardess: Belinda Lowrie
From the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast, Australia. Bel joins us from large charter yachts. After nine years as an Operations Manager and Customer Service Trainer in the Airline Industry, Bel thought it was time to take her career from the sky to the sea. Chartering in the Mediterranean, Bahamas and Caribbean and completing a number a Atlantic crossings. She loves to create unique theme parties, tablescapes and is also a food and wine enthusiast she brings all of these qualities to her role. In her spare time you can find her wakeboarding, running or watching live music. Bel’s attention to detail and passion for her job she will ensure your every need is met and
your trip is the one to remember.

Chef: Ryan Bovinet
Ryan Bovinet born and raised in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Ryan trained at culinary college in Chicago specializing in French cuisine. He then went
on to work in various restaurants some of which were Michelin starred where he gained invaluable knowledge of fine cuisine. After
many years in the restaurant industry, Ryan longed for something more adventurous where he could showcase his creativity whilst
being inspired by travel and different cultures. Ryan is an avid long distance hiker and completed the Pacific Crest Train (2600m) in
2015 and the Colorado Trail (496m) in 2017. He also enjoys reading, playing strategy games and logic puzzles. Ryan looks forward
to making your dining experience one you wont forget.

2nd Stew: Brianna Alongi
Bri comes from a small town right outside of New Orleans, Louisiana. She’s worked for the past two years in the Yachting industry. Cruising areas from the Bahamas to New England before joining Ice 5. For fun she enjoys cooking, mixing new cocktails and snorkelling. Bri is ready to help create an exceptional trip for you and your guests.

Deckhand/Stew: Abby Mclallan
Growing up on the coast of Maine, boating has been a large part of Abby’s adolescent years. Coming from a long line of “Men of the Sea” it was natural for her to follow in their footsteps. Like many of her coworkers, Abby quests for adventure and yachting seemed to be the perfect fit. Since joining yachting she has predominantly cruised South Florida and Bahamas, with ample knowledge of the Exuma islands but looks forward to anywhere the industry may take her. She brings to the vessel not only deck and water sport skills but also extensive childcare and nanny experience. Fun and outgoing, Abby’s, main goal is to make sure your trip on board is a memorable one.

Deckhand: Jared Hollingshead
Jared is 19 years old and comes from the mountains of Pennsylvania. Recently moving to Florida in search for a new and exciting scenery to pursue his career in Yachting. His passion lies in art and adventure and keeps himself busy with this in his spare time. This is Jared’s first yacht and he is a very positive outgoing guy and hopes you enjoy his company on board.
