Working all his life in nautical tourism as well as directly on-board yachts has honed his abilities in personal services, customer service, safety and security, and human resources. The work ethic he has developed over time drives his job skills and attributes: integrity, responsibility, leadership, stress tolerance, adaptability and flexibility…. all together aiming to provide a safe and enjoyable holiday experience to each and every guest on board.

Lack of professional education in the culinary arts is not something that reduces Darko’s skill as a cook. Working at many restaurants Darko gained experience in this specialized and competitive field. His lifelong passion is cooking, and his passion has become his profession. The type of cuisine in which he excels is “Croatian traditional”. His ability to multitask and juggle numerous responsibilities at any one time is critically important in the kitchen and has helped him to learn quickly, manage orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner, and satisfy his quests. With his understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures, he is qualified to ensure every guest's request and provide an enjoyable and pleasant vacation.
STEWARDESS NIKOLINA GRABOVAC

After various seasonal jobs in the tourism industry - in reception, restaurants and bars - Nikolina found her first job on board a yacht and fell in love with the work. She has worked on various yachts and gained enough knowledge and experience to be able to meet her guest’s expectations at any time and offer first class service all the time. With her communication and organizational skills and her teamwork attitude, she is well equipped to fulfill the demands of the position of Chief Stewardess…. with a smile.
