Captain: Anastasios Katsaneas
Greek – Born: 1977 in Athens – Speaks English
Anastasis ( Tasos ) was born in 1977, at a small fishing town in Greece. He was raised from his early childhood onboard his father’s fishing boat so his life was soon attached to the sea. He graduated from Hellenic Merchant Marine Academy and served in passenger ships along the Aegean sea reaching the staff captains rank, giving him high level experience not only in navigation but also in general operation of ships, as he holds certificates for first aid, passenger safety, security officer, lifesaving etc. His rich experience lead him to continue his career in the yachting industry serving onboard numerous mega yachts as chief officer and then as captain in pleasure yachts along Aegean and Ionian seas. Captain Tasos is confident, disciplined, honest and extremely hard-working, he works closely with his guests to satisfy all of their needs and requirements and to provide high quality and enjoyable onboard experiences, while at the same time, giving great attention to safety. He speaks fluently English and his mother tongue is Greek.
Chief Engineer: Chris Papadimitriou
Greek – Born: 1983 in Piraeus – Speaks English Chris was born in 1983 in Piraeus and he graduated in 2005 from the University of Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos, Greece. Since then he has been onboard motor yachts as chief engineer, ranging from 80ft to 150ft., traveling all around the Greek islands which is his passion! He brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to Princess L, ensuring safe operation for all onboard. Chris is always willing to assist all crew members and his guests onboard, and is friendly and an excellent assest to the team!
Chef: John Kypriotis
Greek – Born: 1976 in Athens – Speaks English
John graduated in the school of tourism in Thessaloniki in the early 90s and since then has been working on the Greek Islands, such as Santorini, Mykonos and Paros as a chef in top notch restaurants and hotels. He shifted toward the yachting industry and for the last four years has been a Chef onboard luxury yachts. John adores his job and making his guests happy! His target has always been the experience within the whole spectrum of contemporary Greek cuisine as well as Mediterranean gastronomy, as his inspiration comes directly from his Greek culture, where food is of most importance!
Michalis Laloudakis – Deckhand
Greek - Born: 1967 in Athens – Speaks English
Michalis has a strong background in the yachting industry as a deck hand and as a boatswain. He is an able seaman with high sense of responsibility and awareness and will be there to assist wherever needed. He has successfully graduated from the Marine school of Athens as a seaman and completed all safety training.
Maria Savin – Chief Stewardess Romanian - Born: 1972 – Speaks English, Greek, Romanian, Moldovan
Maria Savin graduated from College of Chemical Biology in Romania and attended a Nutrition Course in Athens. She is a professional stewardess with 7 years experience in yachting. She is a capable person with high sense of responsibility and awareness and she will be able to assist you in anything you need. She is a reliable member of our team and takes pride in providing excellent service to everyone on board. She speaks Greek, Romanian, Moldovan and English. She enjoys the hospitality industry and is attentive at all times with a willing and helpful manner. She is really cheerful and approachable and aims to elevate the client experience!
Michael Curada – Steward
Filipino - Born: 1966 – Speaks English, Greek
Michael has successfully graduated from the Department Of Science in Marine Transportation. He has a really strong background in yachting as a deck hand and as a cabin steward. He is a hardworking member of our team and will always be there to assist you with a big smile on his face. He is licensed in Officer in-Charge of navigation Watch and owns a Diploma in Operation of a Vessel. He has also completed all safety training. He is an honest and enthusiastic person and he will make sure to feel comfortable, to enjoy yourself and have the time of your life!
