CAPTAIN: Marco Grilli (Italian)
Marco started his career as a captain on board M/Y PACI JJ in 1990. He is an excellent seaman with over 25 years of experience on large motor yachts such as M/Y BONITA J, M/Y MILISA VI, M/Y ISIDE and as captain of M/Y 4A and Mr. T he has had very successful charters with international guests. He has sailed many seas from the Mediterranean, Adriatic, Aegean as well as the Gibraltar Strait and North Coast of Africa.
Marco is very passionate about his job and will do the best to create memorable cruising experiences for the guests of ANDIAMO.
In his free time Marco loves skiing, trekking and horse riding.
Marco joined ANDIAMO on March 2018 in La Spezia, Italy.

CHIEF STEWARDESS: Chiara Cantilena (Italian)
Before joining the yachting industry, Chiara worked as a barmaid and waitress in various upmarket bars and restaurants in Italy. She is a pro-active team player and consistently delivers to the highest standards.
She is currently studying to become a sommelier and has successfully passed her barmaid course. Chiara is a great problem solver, an excellent communicator and will always insure that guests’ wishes are met.
She started her yachting career as a stewardess on M/Y Mr. T in 2015 before progressing to the position of Chief Stewardess.
In her free time Chiara loves reading and travelling around the world.
Chiara joined ANDIAMO on April 2018 in La Spezia, Italy.

HEAD CHEF: Eric Ramirez Moreno (Mexican)
Erik studied in a culinary school in Mexico and started his yachting career on M/Y EL CAPRICHO in 2013 as executive chef. He has worked in many different yachts such as M/Y ARIA, M/Y LEJOS and M/Y MIZU.
Erik who is also a very skilled baker and pastry maker, is always looking to improve his knowledge and culinary skills in order to satisfy his clients’ needs with the creation and design of new menus and recipes. He is very committed, passionate and enthusiastic about his job and will never fail to present mouth-watering dishes for the guests on board ANDIAMO.
Erik joined ANDIAMO on July 2017 in La Spezia.

STEWARDESS: Elena Pelin (Ukrainian)
Elena started her career on cruise ships in 2012. In 2014 she moved to yachting on board M/Y Harmony G which allowed her to further her knowledge of the yachting industry. She worked on a variety of yachts such as S/Y Le Pietre, M/Y O’ Mega, M/Y Younes and M/Y Nomi.
She is a multi-tasker, very organized and connects easily with people.
In her free time she loves listening to music and reading books.
She joined ANDIAMO in April 2018 in La Spezia, Italy.

STEWARDESS: Andrea Celeste Torres (Argentinian)
Andrea started her career on M/Y Gulf Mirage in 2017 in Qatar. She worked on several yachts including M/Y Ventura, M/Y Sultana and M/Y Alegria where she learned how to look after guests as well as boat maintenance skills.
She has a strong personality and a big eye for details.
In her free time she likes watch movies and listen to music.
She joined ANDIAMO in May 2018 in La Spezia, Italy.

CHIEF OFFICER: Roberto Sanna (Italian)
Roberto has more than 12 years’ experience as deckhand, skipper, officer and Captain on several commercial ships and yachts such as M/Y IRISHA, M/Y D'ARISTOTELIS, M/Y ALEXANDRA II, S/Y VEGA, S/Y DESIRADE4 and M/Y Mr. T.
Roberto possesses strong sailing skills and experience in all aspects of exterior maintenance. He is always motivated to furthering his knowledge in order to offer guests the best possible charter experience.
In his free time he watches movies and listens to music.
Roberto joined ANDIAMO on April 2018 in La Spezia, Italy.

DECKHAND: Riccardo Saiu (Italian)
Riccardo’s maritime career started with nautical school in Italy. In 2014 he started working as a deckhand on M/Y QUESTA E' VITA where he gained comprehensive industry skills.
In 2016 he joined M/Y Mr.T, where he improved his sailing skills further.
He is an energetic member of the crew who will always be on hand to ensure guests have a wonderful charter experience. He is always focused on improving his knowledge and skills at sea.
In his free time he loves travelling around the world and listening to music.

DECKHAND: Matteo De Pietri (Italian)
Matteo started his maritime career with the Italian Military Navy in 2003. He has since worked on yachts such as S/Y JASALI II, M/Y Mr. T, M/Y VAOO and M/Y CLARITA.
Matteo has an excellent work ethic and a strong eye for details, he is always ready and willing to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
In his free time he loves snorkelling, skiing and sailing.
He joined ANDIAMO on April 2018 in La Spezia, Italy.

CHIEF ENGINEER: Sergio Yuste Perellòn (Spanish)
Sergio started his maritime career in 2006 working on commercial vessels – he joined the yachting industry in 2009, where he expanded his engineering skills further.
He worked on different yachts such as M/Y Soiree, M/Y Passion Cat and M/Y Dofi Jet 4.
Sergio has a hard working personality and is very job focused – he will always ensure a safe charter for the guests on board Andiamo.
In his free time he enjoys playing the piano and computer games.
