Lucio Di Monte - Captain
In 2000 Lucio starts his career in the yachting industry. After almost 20 years of passion for the sea, he always works with the same dedication as the first time. Lucio has attended several specialization classes passing all the necessary exams to become a qualified charter Captain.
Captain of Resilience since 2006, he was responsible for the boat from the early stages of construction.
His nautical skills are combined with the love for cooking. He only selects fresh and local products typical from the Mediterranean cuisine.
Flexible, hard-working and always attentive to guarantee the best time on board.
Francesco Mortillaro - Chief Officer
Francesco, Master Mariner, started in 1997 working on “Merchant shipping industry” for 9 years. In 2006 starts working as Captain on yachts between 18 and 23 meters until 2012, then decides to pass on larger yachts (private &
commercial) 42 meters as Chief Officer and relief Captain.
Francesco likes to discover new places, to work in a team and to know people coming from different countries.
His job is also his main passion, each experience is a new challenge aimed at improving himself.

Sara is a very keen and determined person. With her kindness and her charisma, she will do everything possible to make your vacation relaxing and comfortable.
