When he entered the industry 3 years ago as a deckhand, Marco found his passion.
Working on both over 35 meters sailing and motor yachts, he gained a lot of experience. With his exceptional work ethics, Marco is always willing to land a helping hand, moreover his generous and kind personality makes him perfect with kids.
Chef: Massimo A.
For about 20 years, Massimo has been building the incredible reputation he has achieved today working as head chef on super yachts. With his extraordinary talent, he can do about anything in the kitchen. He does international cuisine, however he does have a preference for Mediterranean and Asian food. Not only is he an exquisite chef, he’s also the most fun and easy-going person you will ever encounter.
Stewardess: Mohélie C.
Despite her young age, Mohélie has spent most of her childhood at sea. For a year, she was been working as both stewardess and deckhand in Asia. She is highly motivated to work alongside the Nauta crew. Always respectable, polite and smiling, Mohélie is also very good with children.
Boat-boy: Stéphane L.
Freshly graduated, Stéphane is a motivated “greenie” trying to earn as much experience as he can. Nevertheless, he is no stranger to super yachts and he’ll do anything to brighten up your day.
