The VIP stateroom to port features two oversized twin beds that can convert to a king-sized bed with ensuite shower and head.

His passion for food was introduced by his mother who previously lived in Livorno, Italy. Chef Roy is a father of two incredible kids Shawn Pablo and Natalie Rachel..they both give him inspiration for love of food and life. He previously worked at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Nigel, CA as a Executive Chef at the Pacific Golf and Country Club in San Clemente, CA,
In addition he worked for the famous Bohemian Grove/Wild Oats Camp for over 7 years in Sonoma, CA as a private chef. He worked as the Chef de cuisine for IL Fornaio
restaurant, an Italian fine dining restaurant in Irvine, CA for over 4 years. Past yacht experience includes, Executive Chef on a 57m MY SILVER SHALIS a private yacht
that was located in Europe and the the Caribbean.
He is a very energetic and outgoing person, loves the outdoors, good food, friends and an excellent glass of wine. He has a passion for diving, underwater photography and served as a volunteer in cleaning the Ocean program in South Florida.

Starting her career post college as a Visual Merchandiser in high end fashion, whilst also working as a mixologist/bartender for elite clientele and businesses. She has lived in Bali, Indonesia, Ireland and Canada, and traveled all over the world to conduct Psychological Research in college and teach English. She transitioned to working as a Stewardess/Deck Stewardess to join the rest of her friends in the industry. Giving her the opportunity to travel and meet new interesting people from all over and return to her roots on the water.
