Captain: George Maleas
George was born in Greece in 1980. His heart has always been with the sea, so he decided early on to become a skipper and captain for sailing and power yachts. Over the years he has worked in many different companies for different charter yachts and private yachts, first as deckhand and then as captain, building his career, gaining sailing experience and forming his strong and reliable personality he is today. He has all the necessary diplomas, safety and first aid certificates to handle big yachts till 200GT. He has explored the Mediterranean extensively on deliveries and is covering 3000 to 5000 NM in average per year. A sailor inside and out, he is energetic and easy going with his guests but responsible and a good team-player when it comes to his team on board. He has great communication skills and speaks Greek, English and some basic Italian.
