Captain - Rusliadi
Captain Rusliadi has more than a decade of experience cruising in the South Pacific, having served aboard many previous luxury charter yachts that have a stellar reputation in the region. Passionate and proactive, Rusliadi keeps up to date with the latest developments in the region and provides clear communication to clients, taking them to the best fishing and dive spots for wildlife encounters in lush surroundings. This dedicated mind-set continues in his ongoing qualifications, including Security and Health & Safety on board.
First Mate - Bayu Adi Irawan
Bayu has worked in diving and tourism since 2016, serving aboard luxury yachts and making use of a whole range of skills to provide top service to all guests on board. His qualifications include Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats, Advanced Firefighting, security and Medical First Aid for a fast and calm response in any situation.
Cruise Director - Fabio Esposito
Fabio is fluent in English and Spanish as well as his native Italian, and has excellent French for easy communications both before and during a yacht charter. As a qualified PADI IDCs instructor he has taught more than 1,000 students and his twenty-year career has taken him from Italy to the Red Sea, the Maldives, the Caribbean and Micronesia on a range of dives from beginner through to advanced. His interests in marine biology and photography further enrich guest experiences of each marvellous location.
Chief Engineer - Syamsuddin
Chief Engineer Syamsuddin has served on vessels both large and small, keeping everything running efficiently and ensuring the health and safety of both guests and crew. He has proficiency as a Ship Security Officer, Advanced Firefighting and Medical First Aid as well as providing Medical Care on Board - perfect for serving divers during their wide-ranging travels.
Second Engineer - Wahyu Maulana
Wahyu Maulana is an Engineer Officer Class III and is proficient as a Ship Security Officer as well as in Advanced Firefighting and Medical First Aid, further enhanced by a qualification in providing Medical Care on Board, ready to step in should the need arise. His diligence in his duties will keep everything running at peak performance so that itineraries flow effortlessly from one activity to the next without delay.
Chef - Rajitha Nuwan Wijesinghe
Chef Rajitha qualified from the professional cookery course at the Asian International Hotel School and worked in the high-pressure hotel environment in some of Sri Lanka's tourism hot spots before moving on to cook aboard cruise ships for more than three years. Having served on larger vessels, Rajitha is used to serving large guest numbers within a limited amount of time while still creating delectable dishes to dietary requirements. Your freshly caught fish will be turned into a mouth-watering lunch using a range of freshly obtained ingredients from local sources.
Masseuse & Housekeeping - Gusti Ayu Murni
Since 2008 Gusti has worked as a spa massage therapist in countries as diverse as Poland and New Zealand, and environments ranging from prestigious hotels to elegant cruise ships. Her extensive experience at sea and in the hospitality industry will ensure that lucky guests receive the utmost attention to detail. Among her specialties is Shiatsu, Thai and Balinese massage styles, reflexology, aromatherapy and more unusual styles such as hot stone and candle massage techniques. She is also a skilled beautician and can give manicures, pedicures and facials so that guests look their most radiant for special occasions.

Odessa has worked in the hospitality industry for more than a decade, serving guests with attention to detail. Her experience and friendly, positive personality make her an invaluable member of the crew.
